  • 100 grams butter
  • 200 grams condensed milk
  • 55 grams milk powder
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 200 grams cornstarch

  • Use the paddle attachment of the mixer to blend the butter, condensed milk, and powdered milk. Beat until all ingredients are combined, add vanilla essence and cornstarch, and continue beating until a dough forms. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Roll out the dough on a flat surface with cornstarch. Use a cutter to shape the cookies and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180 °C for 15 minutes.
  • Coat them in powdered milk while the cookies are still warm.
