Whip the egg whites together with the sugar until they look very frothy; once frothy, incorporate the softened butter.
Carefully add the sifted flour and incorporate it perfectly with a folding motion.
Add the sliced almonds, reserving a few to sprinkle on top at the end.
On a previously greased baking tray, make small piles of the mixture and spread them with a spoon, leaving space between each one.
Sprinkle the reserved sliced almonds on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 175ºC for 10 minutes.
Quickly remove and detach them so they do not cool down and harden.
Place them on a flat surface well arranged so they hold their shape, or you can also place them on a rolling pin to give them a raised shape.
Put the chocolate in a pot in a double boiler to melt it.
On the already dried cookies, place the chocolate on top in a spider web shape.
Let the chocolate cool and it's ready!
