Put the butter in a saucepan over low heat and let it cook until it just burns a little and you can smell the burnt butter.
At this moment, add the sugar, stir with a wooden spoon, and remove from heat.
When the temperature drops a bit, add the egg and mix quickly. Finally, add the flour, place it in a bag, and refrigerate for half an hour. Then take small balls the size of a walnut and place them on a tray that should be sprayed with vegetable oil or a silicone pad to prevent the cookies from sticking.
Spread them out and flatten them with your hand. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
