With this dough, small balls are formed, placed on a baking sheet, and put in the oven (previously preheated to 200 degrees). Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
While the cookies are baking, mix the sugar and ground cinnamon and then sprinkle over the cookies when they are ready.
