Simple Walnut Cookies

Very tasty and easy to make in a short time. These are delicious walnut cookies that I’m sure will be very popular with your family. Let’s be honest, who doesn’t like walnuts?

  • 50 grams walnuts, chopped
  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch cinnamon, ground to taste
  • 1 pinch sugar, to taste

  • Sift the flour and add all the ingredients.
  • Once well mixed, a soft dough should have formed.
  • With this dough, small balls are formed, placed on a baking sheet, and put in the oven (previously preheated to 200 degrees). Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • While the cookies are baking, mix the sugar and ground cinnamon and then sprinkle over the cookies when they are ready.
