Grind the nuts. In a mixer, combine the butter with 1/2 cup of powdered sugar and beat on medium speed until a fluffy dough is achieved.
Add 1 cup of flour, vanilla, and salt, and beat again on low speed until everything is mixed. Add the remaining flour and the ground nuts. Finish mixing a little more.
Form a ball with the dough, place it in a plastic bag, and refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.
Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Meanwhile, shape the dough into 2.5 cm balls and place them on an ungreased baking tray. Bake for about 15 minutes until they have a light golden color.
After the cooking time, let them rest for 5 minutes and sprinkle with powdered sugar, then wait until they cool completely.
