Butter, vanilla, sugar, and a teaspoon of salt are mixed together.
Then we add the flour and the dulce de leche.
We mix very well, butter and flour a baking tray, spread the dough, preheat the oven to 270ºC, and bake for 18 minutes or until the edges of the cookie are toasted.
Then we take out the cookies, let them cool, cover with chocolate coating, and decorate with dulce de leche as shown in the image.
