4 yogurt, natural Oikos® (150 ml each)
2 teaspoons pecan essence
1/2 cups walnuts, candied
4 teaspoons raisins

Toast the almonds in a skillet over low heat until they are golden brown.
In a bowl, mix the yoghurt with the almond essence and the sliced almonds.
Pour into small cups and decorate with the walnuts and raisins.
