500 milliliters cow's milk
150 grams sugar
200 grams bread, crumbs
1 tablespoon lime zest
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
5 eggs
200 grams sugar, for the caramel

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Boil the milk with the sugar, turn off the heat, add the bread crumbs, and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Process or blend.
Beat the eggs with the vanilla essence and lemon zest, then add the soaked bread crumbs in the sweetened milk.
Mix and integrate.
Prepare the caramel with the 200 g of sugar. Caramelize the pudding mold and add the mixture.
Bake in a water bath for approximately 60 minutes.
