Chocolate Panna Cotta

  • 1 Hershey's Zero Sugar Pastry Bar
  • 6 grams unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated
  • 3/4 cups milk
  • 1 1/4 cups whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom

  • Place a bowl in a double boiler. Then, add the Hershey’s® Zero Sugar baking bar in pieces and melt while stirring constantly. Set aside.
  • Heat the milk, heavy cream, and cardamom in a pot, but do not let it boil. Set aside.
  • Incorporate the Hershey’s® Zero Sugar baking bar and the gelatin. Mix until fully integrated.
  • Pour the panna cotta mixture into small ramekins and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Unmold the chocolate panna cotta and decorate with red fruits.
