Christmas Carrot Salad

  • 2 cups apple
  • 2 cups canned pineapple
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • 1/2 cups syrup
  • 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 cup walnuts, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups raisins
  • 4 cups carrot, grated
  • walnuts, finely chopped, for decoration

  • Cut the apple into small cubes, add a splash of lemon juice and set aside. Cut the pineapple into small cubes and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the sour cream, condensed milk, syrup, and mayonnaise. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix the apple, pineapple, carrot, walnuts, raisins, and the sour cream mixture.
  • Serve the apple and carrot salad in a baking dish and decorate with walnuts.
