1/4 cups brown sugar
1/2 sticks butter, (90 g) cold and diced, for the crumble
1/4 cups flour, for the crumble
1/2 cups oats, for the crumble
1 teaspoon instant coffee, for the crumble
4 Oikos® plain Greek yogurt, 150 ml each
2 tablespoons instant coffee
1/4 cups coffee grains, for decoration

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, mix all the crumble ingredients and combine well. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.
In a bowl, mix the yoghurt with the instant coffee, set aside.
Assemble the cups by placing some coffee crumble and filling with yoghurt. Decorate with coffee beans.
