Coffee Crumble with Yoghurt

This irresistible cup of yoghurt with coffee crumble is perfect for energizing your mornings and waking up with a smile. Prepare the crumble in advance and keep it on hand to make this recipe any day of the week.

  • 1/4 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 sticks butter, (90 g) cold and diced, for the crumble
  • 1/4 cups flour, for the crumble
  • 1/2 cups oats, for the crumble
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee, for the crumble
  • 4 Oikos® plain Greek yogurt, 150 ml each
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 1/4 cups coffee grains, for decoration

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a bowl, mix all the crumble ingredients and combine well. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.
  • In a bowl, mix the yoghurt with the instant coffee, set aside.
  • Assemble the cups by placing some coffee crumble and filling with yoghurt. Decorate with coffee beans.
