1 egg yolk
110 grams flour
60 grams sugar
30 grams unsalted butter
1 pinch salt
35 grams chocolate chips
35 grams chocolate, in tablet form

Preheat the oven to 170°C.
Mix the butter with the sugar until it forms a paste.
Add the yolk and salt.
Gradually incorporate the flour.
Add the chocolate chips and keep mixing.
Grease an oven-safe cup with butter and place 2 strips of baking paper inside to be able to remove it later.
Add a bit of the mixture at the bottom and then continue adding but only on the walls.
Place inside the baking paper and fill with rice.
Bake for 15 minutes.
After baking, remove the cup and take out the rice.
Bake again for 15 more minutes.
Let it cool.
Remove by pulling the baking paper strips.
Melt the chocolate and pour it inside the chocolate cup.
Wait for the chocolate to solidify.
Pour milk inside the cup.
