It is a very easy and delicious recipe with sweet cream cheese, and very crispy. It is a delightful dessert that is very simple to prepare. Once you make it, I assure you it will become one of your favorite recipes.
In a bowl, place the cream cheeses at room temperature and beat until creamy or until it reaches a paste-like consistency; then add the condensed milk, mixing everything well. Reserve in the refrigerator.
On a flat surface, sprinkle a little flour and roll out the puff pastry until it is about half a centimeter thick.
Using a cutter, cut out circles of approximately 10 cm, or use a plate as a guide for the desired size.
Fill with the cream cheese mixture and brush the edges with the beaten egg, then fold like a turnover. Place on a greased and floured baking sheet, or on parchment paper, leaving about 5 cm of space between empanadas.
Brush all over with egg and sprinkle sugar on top.
Bake the empanaditas for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
