  • 2 cups whipping cream, for the mixture

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence, for the mixture

  • In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with the sugar until dissolved. Set aside.
  • Heat the heavy cream and vanilla over medium-low heat without allowing it to boil. Gradually incorporate the previous mixture to avoid cooking the egg. Mix until you achieve a homogeneous consistency.
  • Pour the mixture into individual ramekins and cook in a water bath at 160° for 35 minutes.
  • Let the crème brûlée cool to room temperature and refrigerate for at least 5 hours to achieve the ideal consistency.
