200 grams almonds, ground
200 grams sugar
1/2 lemons, zested (the skin, just the green part)
50 grams unsalted butter
4 eggs
2 tablespoons flour
Preparation

In a bowl, mix the almond with the sugar and lemon zest.
Add the eggs one by one.
Incorporate the softened butter. Let it rest for a few minutes.
Place the mixture in a circular mold. Bake at 170ºC for 45 minutes.
