Place the prepared flour, which is the three boxes, in the blender. Add eggs, oil, rum, coconut cream, and the flour and mix very well. Pour into two molds of your choice, square or round, and bake for approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325ºF or 160ºC.
Remove from the oven after the cooking time and wait for it to cool, then unmold and whip very cold whipped cream to decorate as you wish, it turns out really delicious.
