EFE Frozen Dessert

The EFE Frozen Dessert is an easy recipe to make with cookies from my town, delicious EFE vanilla-flavored cookies. It is a highly recommended dessert as no prior cooking knowledge is required to prepare this delight.

  • 540 grams cookies, EFE (vanilla cookies)
  • 200 milliliters cream
  • 150 grams lard
  • 150 cocoa powder , sweet
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • liqueur, to taste
  • 10 nuts
  • chocolates, melted to taste

  • Beat the egg and yolk, add cocoa, butter, walnuts, and liqueur. Crush the cookies and mix with the previous ingredients. Then fold in the thick whipped cream.
  • Line a mold with parchment paper, pour the mixture, and let it chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
  • Unmold by flipping it over, remove the paper, and decorate with hot chocolate and walnuts.
