Fluffy Corn Cake

Try this delicious and super fluffy corn cake!!!!!

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 4 ears corn, ,shredded
  • 90 grams unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 package raspberries

  • Preheated oven at 180° C
  • Blend the condensed milk with the next 4 ingredients. Pour into a previously greased and floured rectangular mold and bake for 40 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, let it cool, and unmold; cut into squares and decorate with raspberries.
