Cut the edges off the sandwich bread and flatten them with a rolling pin until they are like a tortilla.
In a bowl, mash the bananas until they are partially crushed but not completely puréed.
Beat the eggs with a little sugar.
Heat the oil in a pan, and while it heats up, spread a little Nutella and the mashed banana on the bread, then dip them in the beaten egg with sugar and fry until they are slightly golden.
On a plate, mix sugar with ground cinnamon and coat the rolls.
