After searching for cheese gelatin recipes that didn't taste like milk, I decided to make my own combinations. My family was more than tired of me making cheese gelatins daily until I found a recipe that my mom loved. I'm sharing it with much love.

30 grams unflavored gelatin powder
90 grams cream cheese
90 grams goat cheese
300 milliliters condensed milk
200 milliliters evaporated milk
100 milliliters whole milk
100 milliliters water, warm
strawberries, for decoration
blackberries, for decoration

Hydrate the gelatin in warm water and set aside.
Blend the milk and cheeses for about 3 minutes to ensure all ingredients are well combined.
Put the gelatin in the microwave for 40 seconds and incorporate it into the previous mixture.
Pour the preparation into a mold and refrigerate for half an hour.
Wash the strawberries and blackberries very well, decorate the gelatin to your liking.
