Goat Cheese Gelatin with Red Fruits

After searching for cheese gelatin recipes that didn't taste like milk, I decided to make my own combinations. My family was more than tired of me making cheese gelatins daily until I found a recipe that my mom loved. I'm sharing it with much love.

  • 30 grams unflavored gelatin powder
  • 90 grams cream cheese
  • 90 grams goat cheese
  • 300 milliliters condensed milk
  • 200 milliliters evaporated milk
  • 100 milliliters whole milk
  • 100 milliliters water, warm
  • strawberries, for decoration
  • blackberries, for decoration

  • Hydrate the gelatin in warm water and set aside.
  • Blend the milk and cheeses for about 3 minutes to ensure all ingredients are well combined.
  • Put the gelatin in the microwave for 40 seconds and incorporate it into the previous mixture.
  • Pour the preparation into a mold and refrigerate for half an hour.
  • Wash the strawberries and blackberries very well, decorate the gelatin to your liking.
