  • 4 cups cow's milk
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 4 eggs

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Boil the milk, cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla for 5 minutes and remove from heat.
  • Beat the eggs and gradually add the milk while stirring continuously to prevent the eggs from cooking in the milk.
  • Pour the mixture into molds to make jericallas and arrange them in a baking tray with water (bain-marie).
  • Bake for 45 minutes and serve.
