4 cups cow's milk
1 stick cinnamon
3/4 cups sugar
1 tablespoon liquid vanilla

Low
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Boil the milk, cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla for 5 minutes and remove from heat.
Beat the eggs and gradually add the milk while stirring continuously to prevent the eggs from cooking in the milk.
Pour the mixture into molds to make jericallas and arrange them in a baking tray with water (bain-marie).
Bake for 45 minutes and serve.
