Kiwi, Strawberry, and Banana Cups

This is a very healthy recipe that your kids will love, prepare it and surprise your children with this recipe.

  • 400 grams strawberry
  • 400 grams kiwi
  • 400 grams banana
  • lemon juice
  • sugar , to taste

  • Peel the kiwis and cut them into small cubes, placing them at the bottom of the glasses. Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork, sprinkle with sugar and drizzle a bit of lemon juice. Wash the strawberries, drain them in a colander, cut them into small cubes, sprinkle with sugar, and drizzle with lemon juice.
  • Finish filling the glasses by adding banana after the kiwi, and then a layer of strawberries on top, to create 3 bands of colors. Refrigerate and when serving, sprinkle a little granulated sugar on top.
