Marshmallow Popcorn Clusters

This recipe is very delicious and can be enjoyed by everyone at home because everyone loves popcorn, but it is mainly to treat the little ones; it can be prepared on weekends or any day of the week.

  • 1/4 cups butter
  • 40 marshmallows, large
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 12 cups popcorn kernels

  • In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
  • Once the butter is melted, add the marshmallows, vanilla, and salt. Allow the marshmallows to melt completely, stirring constantly.
  • Once the marshmallows are melted, add the popcorn, mixing with a folding motion.
  • Form the clusters using a previously greased spoon.
  • Let the clusters cool on wax paper.
