Beat the whipping cream at medium speed until it starts to form stiff peaks. Pour ½ liter of Fage® Total 0% Greek Style Yogurt into the mixer and continue beating until combined.
Sweeten with honey and vanilla essence.
Cut the ends off the watermelon. Place it upright and remove the rind with a very sharp knife. You should be left with a cylinder.
Using a spatula, spread the Fage® Greek Style Yogurt frosting all over the watermelon. Decorate your light cake by placing raspberries, almonds, and kiwi slices on top.
Keep it in the refrigerator before serving.
