If you love Nutella, don't miss trying this delicious cake made with crepes and Nutella, a different option for any occasion. It is very simple to prepare and has a spectacular flavor.
2 cups flour, passed through a sieve (for the crepes)
1 cup nutella, (for the crepes)
1/2 cups hazelnuts, ¼ cup chopped and the rest halved
1/2 cups whipping cream, (for the topping)
1/2 cups dark chocolate, (for the topping)

For the crepes: mix all the ingredients until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous batter. Heat a medium non-stick skillet over medium heat, with a ladle pour a bit of the mixture in the center of the skillet, spreading the batter in circular motions over the entire surface to form a thin layer. Cook for 2 minutes and flip the crepe. Repeat until the crepe batter is finished.
For the filling: mix the Nutella with the chopped hazelnuts. Set aside.
For the topping: in a small pot, heat the heavy cream over low heat until it starts to boil. Remove from heat and pour over the chopped chocolate, mixing the mixture very well. Set aside.
To assemble the cake: place one crepe on top of another, adding a tablespoon of the Nutella filling between each crepe. Cover with the chocolate topping and sprinkle the halved hazelnuts on top.
