Nut Balls in a Jiffy

  • 1 package cookies, Maria or vanilla type
  • 100 grams walnuts
  • 1/2 sticks butter
  • 1/2 cups icing sugar
  • 1 can condensed milk

  • Crush the cookies in a blender until they are completely powdered.
  • Pour the cookies into a bowl and add the melted butter. Mix them until fully combined.
  • Gradually pour in the condensed milk until fully incorporated.
  • Chop the nuts and mix them into the mixture, integrating everything with the help of a spatula or spoon.
  • Form small balls with the mixture.
  • Place powdered sugar on a flat plate, roll the nut balls in the sugar until completely coated (this step is optional). If you prefer a healthier version, roll them in shredded coconut, or instead of mixing the nuts into the dough, roll the balls in nuts.
  • Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
