4 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons liquid vanilla
2/3 cans condensed milk
1 cup oats, ground
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
8 teaspoons sugar

190 grams cream cheese
3 tablespoons strawberry jam

Mash the bananas and blend them with the liquid ingredients (eggs, olive oil, milk, vanilla) except for the condensed milk; use a whisk.
Sift the dry ingredients and incorporate them into the mixture.
The consistency should be almost liquid; gradually add the condensed milk until you see that a little of the mixture sticks to the spoon or spatula.
Grease a skillet with butter and prepare the pancakes using a ladle as a measure for each piece.
