Oatmeal, Banana, and Jam Pancakes

Delicious variety of pancakes that have an intense banana flavor and are perfectly complemented by a delicious jam, perfect for a breakfast with the family.

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups cow's milk
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons liquid vanilla
  • 2/3 cans condensed milk
  • 1 cup oats, ground
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 8 teaspoons sugar
  • unsalted butter
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons strawberry jam

  • Mash the bananas and blend them with the liquid ingredients (eggs, olive oil, milk, vanilla) except for the condensed milk; use a whisk.
  • Sift the dry ingredients and incorporate them into the mixture.
  • The consistency should be almost liquid; gradually add the condensed milk until you see that a little of the mixture sticks to the spoon or spatula.
  • Grease a skillet with butter and prepare the pancakes using a ladle as a measure for each piece.
