Pineapple Charlotte

Cold dessert of Italian origin, inherited from Grandma. Mainly prepared for Christmas celebrations, however, it is a delicacy that can be enjoyed at any time of the year.

  • 60 ladyfingers
  • 1/2 kilos unsalted butter
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 1 can condensed milk , chill
  • 350 grams canned pineapple
  • 200 grams maraschino cherries

  • Take the ladyfingers out of the package and set aside.
  • Cream the butter in the mixer at medium speed and gradually add the egg yolks one by one.
  • Also pour in the condensed milk and mix everything together.
  • Arrange the ladyfingers and pour the mixture over them. Decorate with pineapples and cherries.
