Cold dessert of Italian origin, inherited from Grandma. Mainly prepared for Christmas celebrations, however, it is a delicacy that can be enjoyed at any time of the year.

60 ladyfingers
1/2 kilos unsalted butter
5 egg yolks
1 can condensed milk , chill
350 grams canned pineapple
200 grams maraschino cherries

Take the ladyfingers out of the package and set aside.
Cream the butter in the mixer at medium speed and gradually add the egg yolks one by one.
Also pour in the condensed milk and mix everything together.
Arrange the ladyfingers and pour the mixture over them. Decorate with pineapples and cherries.
