Preheat the oven to 180° and grease the mold.
Beat the butter and sugar; once it is creamy, add the eggs and vanilla, continue beating and incorporate the cake, cinnamon, and finally the ricotta until fully integrated.
Pour half into a mold, place a layer of chocolate, and cover with the other half of the batter; bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
Let cool and serve
