Rice Pudding Recipe

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 liter Santa Clara® Milk
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • raisins, for decoration
  • cinnamon powder, for decoration

  • Place the water and cinnamon sticks in a pot over medium heat. When it comes to a boil, add the rice and cook for 15 minutes or until the rice is soft and the water has been absorbed; it should not dry out too much to avoid the rice sticking together.
  • Add Santa Clara® milk, condensed milk, and evaporated milk. Mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon.
  • Cook the rice pudding for 10 minutes or until it reduces and thickens slightly.
  • Serve the rice pudding in deep plates and decorate with raisins and powdered cinnamon.
