Cook the rice with a little water; once it starts boiling, add the cajeta, the sweetened condensed milk, and the Clavel milk until it boils, stirring until you can see the bottom of the pot to prevent sticking.
Once the rice is soft, lower the heat and let it boil for a little longer.
Let it cool and garnish with the walnut.
