Place milk, cream, and sugar in a pot. Heat until the sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat and add the rose petals and rose essence, wait two hours.
Place the mixture in a bowl and take it to the freezer.
When it's halfway frozen, remove it and stir very well. Repeat this operation twice. This is to ensure that no crystals form in the ice cream and it remains very smooth.
