Blend the milk, potatoes, cornstarch, and eggs. (Do it in parts if it doesn’t all fit).
In the pot where we will cook it, place the sugar, vanilla, and add the blended mixture. Finally, add the evaporated milk. Mix well until everything is incorporated.
Place the pot over medium heat and keep stirring until it thickens and boils. Approximately 10-12 minutes.
Pour it into the serving dish and you're done!!! Enjoy!!
