Three Milk Cinnamon Rolls

  • 1/4 cups butter, in cubes
  • 8 cinnamon rolls, ready
  • 1 cup evaporated milk, fry
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 envelope gelatin, of condensed milk
  • 1 cup table cream, fry
  • whipped cream
  • canned peaches, in slices
  • strawberries, in slices

  • Place a medium bowl over a larger bowl filled with ice water to cool it down, this will help your three milk mixture to have the ideal temperature when you prepare it. Set aside.
  • Melt the butter in a hot skillet and cut the cinnamon rolls, then brown them in the skillet on both sides. Once ready, arrange them in a baking dish, making sure to leave no gaps. Use a wooden skewer to make small holes to help absorb the three milk mixture. Set aside.
  • Pour the evaporated milk, condensed milk, and half-and-half into the cooled bowl and mix very well.
  • Whip the cream until it's slightly whipped, then add the condensed milk gelatin and beat for 3 more minutes or until it doubles in volume.
  • Soak the cinnamon roll casserole with the three milk mixture. Since it will already be cold, cover with whipped cream and decorate with fruit. The three milk cinnamon rolls will be ready to serve.
