Two-Coated Apples

We present to you a dessert that not only looks beautiful but also tastes delicious. They are apples covered in caramel and white chocolate, adorned with pieces of cookies and blueberries. It’s a perfect recipe to cook with your kids.

  • 5 apples, Granny Smith
  • 2 cups caramel, of milk
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 1 1/4 cups white chocolate
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 15 chocolate cookies
  • 2 liters water

  • Boil the water. Remove from heat and dip the apples for a few seconds. Dry thoroughly and set aside.
  • Melt the caramel with the milk over low heat, stirring constantly.
  • Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler, stirring constantly.
  • Finely chop the blueberries and the cookies.
  • Dip the apples in the dulce de leche and refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
  • Remove the apples from the refrigerator and dip in the white chocolate.
  • Sprinkle the apples, some with blueberries and others with cookies.
  • Refrigerate.
