Valentine's Pretzels

  • 500 grams white chocolate
  • 5 cups pretzel
  • rainbow sprinkles, for decoration (pink, red, and white)

  • Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler.
  • Prepare two baking sheets with wax paper.
  • Take each pretzel and dip it halfway into the chocolate, remove from the chocolate and place on the wax paper.
  • On the chocolate side, sprinkle the chips or sugar crystals for decoration.
  • Refrigerate for 20 minutes and you’re done.
