  • 1 liter Santa Clara® cotton candy ice cream
  • 2 cups corn flakes
  • 1/4 cups almonds, toasted, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • bittersweet chocolate, melted, for decoration
  • chantilly cream, for decoration
  • cherries, for decoration

  • Form balls of Santa Clara® cotton candy ice cream using an ice cream scoop, and place them on a tray. Freeze for about 1.5 hours or until very firm.
  • Using a spoon, crush the cereal along with the almonds and cinnamon until you obtain a fine powder.
  • Melt the butter in a pan over low heat and add the cereal mixture, frying until the entire mixture is coated with butter. Let cool.
  • Coat the ice cream balls with the previous mixture and serve. Decorate with whipped cream, chocolate, and a cherry.
