This mango sorbet recipe is very delicious for a hot day. It is easy to prepare if you have an ice cream maker.

3 cups mango, peeled and diced
1 lemon , extract the juice
1 cup water, cold
1/3 cups sugar , (or agave syrup)

Mix the mango with the lemon juice and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Place the mango along with the water and sugar in a blender. Blend until smooth. Taste and add more sugar if needed.
Put in an ice cream maker and prepare according to the instructions.
