  • 150 milliliters whipping cream
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin powder
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 100 grams raspberries
  • 100 milliliters water
  • 50 grams sugar

  • Turn on your stovetop to medium heat, add the cream to a saucepan and let it boil.
  • In another bowl, mix the gelatin with the three teaspoons of water and let it rest.
  • Add the sugar to the cream and mix until everything is well incorporated.
  • Melt the gelatin in the microwave for 20 seconds. Add it to the previous mixture and mix well.
  • Remove the mixture from the heat. Pour it into the desired container and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • For the raspberry sauce: Add the raspberries in another saucepan and mix until they start to boil.
  • Once ready, add the water, sugar, and mix until incorporated.
  • Remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool.
  • Drizzle some raspberry sauce over the panna cottas and decorate as desired.
