  • 1/2 liters milk
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 50 grams cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • Mix the milk and sugar in a container.
  • Divide the mixture into two pots. Place one of the pots on the heat and add the egg and a pinch of salt to the second.
  • Add the egg when the first mixture boils. Whisk the mixture until it reaches the desired consistency and remove from heat.
