1 cup rice
1 evaporated milk, can
1/2 cups condensed milk
700 milliliters water
20 grams raisins, to taste
2 teaspoons cinnamon powder, to taste

Wash the rice and cook it with the water over medium heat for 20 to 25 minutes.
When it starts to boil, add the evaporated milk.
Stir constantly to prevent it from sticking.
Add the condensed milk.
Boil for a few more minutes to blend the flavors.
Mix in the raisins.
Decorate with powdered cinnamon.
