Easy Rice Pudding Gelatin

  • 8 cups milk
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • orange peels
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 28 grams unflavored gelatin powder, 4 packets (7 each) hydrated and dissolved
  • raspberries, for decoration

  • In a pot, pour the milk along with the water, evaporated milk, condensed milk, and rice, and heat over medium heat for a few minutes. Add the cinnamon, orange peel, and vanilla extract; cook until the rice is soft, about 35 minutes.
  • Remove the rice from the heat and let it cool slightly. Add the hydrated and dissolved gelatin, and pour it into a silicone mold ideal for gelatin (you can grease it if you wish). Refrigerate until set.
  • Unmold the gelatin, decorate with raspberry, and serve well chilled.
