  • 1 envelope condensed milk gelatin D’Gari®
  • 2 cups milk , hot
  • 2 cups milk , cold
  • 8 envelopes D’Gari® unflavored gelatin, hydrated and melted
  • 4 tablespoons instant coffee, for the dalgona coffee
  • 4 tablespoons sugar , for the dalgona coffee
  • 4 tablespoons water, hot
  • 1 envelope D’Gari® chocolate milk flavor
  • 2 cups milk , hot
  • 2 cups milk , cold
  • 8 envelopes D’Gari® unflavored gelatin, hydrated and melted
  • 1 1/2 cups whipping cream , for the strawberry cream
  • 2 tablespoons Strawberry flavored drink mix powder , for the strawberry cream

  • For the condensed milk-flavored cup: In a bowl, add the two cups of hot milk and add the D’Gari ® condensed milk-flavored gelatin, mix and then add the two cups of cold milk, the D’Gari ® gelatin, and continue mixing until properly integrated. Pour the mixture into a 16-ounce plastic cup, filling ¾ of the cup, then place a 10-ounce plastic cup inside the cup containing the gelatin and use adhesive tape to secure the edges so that it does not float. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
  • For the strawberry-flavored whipped cream, add the whipping cream and strawberry-flavored drink powder in a mixer bowl, beat until the cream has whipped.
  • For the chocolate-flavored cup: In a bowl, add the two cups of hot milk and add the D’Gari ® chocolate-flavored gelatin, mix and then add the two cups of cold milk, the D’Gari ® gelatin, and continue mixing until properly integrated. Pour the mixture into a 16-ounce plastic cup, filling ¾ of the cup, then place a 10-ounce plastic cup inside the cup containing the gelatin and use adhesive tape to secure the edges so that it does not float. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
  • For the dalgona coffee: In a bowl, add the instant coffee, sugar, water, and with the help of a hand mixer, beat until it has a whipped cream consistency.
  • Unmold the cups and serve, fill the condensed milk-flavored cup with the strawberry-flavored whipped cream and the chocolate-flavored cup with dalgona coffee. Decorate with fan cookies and decorative sugar.
