It is a very simple homemade flan that has a very rich flavor. You will enjoy its delicious taste, but even more the quick and practical method with which it is made.
Beat the eggs with three tablespoons of sugar; if you like the flan sweeter, you can add more.
Add evaporated milk and condensed milk and mix again.
Once well beaten, we put it in the microwave at 3/4 power for 5 minutes, poke with a knife; if it comes out clean, it's done; if not, put it in for another 2 minutes.
To make the caramel, place the remaining sugar in a pan until it forms a caramel, being careful not to burn it.
Once it cools, we unmold it and add the caramel; you can add it while preparing, but honestly, I like it this way.
