1/4 teaspoons baking soda
3/4 teaspoons baking powder
1 pinch salt
1/2 cups unsalted butter , at room temperature
1/2 cups cow's milk
1/4 cups lemon juice
1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
1 teaspoon lime zest

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Make a well and add the butter, milk, vanilla, and lemon juice in the center. Finally, incorporate the lemon zest.
Stir everything until all the ingredients are combined into a smooth mixture.
Butter and flour a mold and pour in the mixture. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Insert a toothpick and take the cake out of the oven when it comes out clean.
Wait for it to cool before removing from the mold.
