Fig and Blue Cheese Tart

250 grams puff pastry, store-bought
85 grams gorgonzola cheese, or blue cheese
85 grams cream cheese
1 teaspoon honey
3 cups fig, sliced
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (400 F).
In a food processor, blend the gorgonzola cheese with the cream cheese and honey until creamy and smooth.
On a clean surface with a little flour, unfold the puff pastry and form a rectangle.
Leave a 1-inch border around the puff pastry rectangle and spread the cheese mixture on top.
Arrange the figs on top of the cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until it is slightly golden.
Remove from the oven and drizzle a few drops of balsamic vinegar (ideally previously reduced in a pan) on top.
It is served warm or at room temperature.
