180 grams butter
1/3 cups Great Value® granulated sugar
1 egg
2 cups wheat flour Great Value®
7 grams unflavored gelatin powder
1 cup coconut cream
2 cups whipping cream
190 grams cream cheese
1/3 cups Great Value® icing sugar
1 cup fig
fig, for decoration
shredded coconut, for decoration
peppermint, for decoration

Preheat the oven to 180°c.
In a bowl, add the butter and sugar, beat until fully combined, then add the egg.
Add the flour, and knead until fully integrated, refrigerate for 30 min and set aside.
On a floured surface, roll out the dough to 3 mm thick, cut with tart molds and line them.
Using a fork, poke the center, place parchment paper on top and add beans to prevent the dough from rising and to maintain its shape.
Bake for 15 minutes, until cooked. Let cool and set aside.
Heat the previously hydrated gelatin.
Blend the coconut cream and heavy cream with the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and figs. Add the gelatin in a thin stream.
Pour the mixture into the cookie molds, let cool for 2 hours, decorate with figs and mint. Buy HERE
