Fig and Coconut Panna Cotta Tart

  • 180 grams butter
  • 1/3 cups Great Value® granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups wheat flour Great Value®
  • 7 grams unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1/3 cups Great Value® icing sugar
  • 1 cup fig
  • fig, for decoration
  • shredded coconut, for decoration
  • peppermint, for decoration

  • Preheat the oven to 180°c.
  • In a bowl, add the butter and sugar, beat until fully combined, then add the egg.
  • Add the flour, and knead until fully integrated, refrigerate for 30 min and set aside.
  • On a floured surface, roll out the dough to 3 mm thick, cut with tart molds and line them.
  • Using a fork, poke the center, place parchment paper on top and add beans to prevent the dough from rising and to maintain its shape.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, until cooked. Let cool and set aside.
  • Heat the previously hydrated gelatin.
  • Blend the coconut cream and heavy cream with the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and figs. Add the gelatin in a thin stream.
  • Pour the mixture into the cookie molds, let cool for 2 hours, decorate with figs and mint. Buy HERE
