Fit Brownie with Oats, Chocolate, Banana, and Coconut

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 5 tablespoons oats
  • 3 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 200 milliliters almond milk
  • 50 grams walnuts
  • 3 ounces chocolate

  • Grease a mold.
  • In a bowl, mash the bananas, add the eggs, and mix. Then add the coconut, oats, baking soda, cocoa powder, milk, and stir.
  • Pour half of the mixture into the mold, add the walnuts and chocolate, then cover with the remaining mixture.
  • Bake at 180 °C for about 20 minutes. Remove and cut into small squares.
