  • 5 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons caramel, liquid (burnt sugar)
  • 370 grams condensed milk

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Peel 750 grams of apples, chop them, and boil them with a little water for 15 minutes.
  • Blend them until smooth (soft).
  • Mix with 370 grams of condensed milk and 5 eggs, already beaten.
  • Put liquid caramel in a flan mold (or burn the sugar in the mold).
  • Pour the mixture into the flan mold.
  • Bake in a water bath for approximately 45 minutes in the preheated oven at 180 degrees.
