Cheese flan with strawberries for sale

  • 3 cups milk, for the flan
  • 1 cup cream cheese, for the flan
  • 1 box Vanilla Flan with D'Gari® Caramel, 134
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cups condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 cups strawberries, in half
  • D'Gari® Caramel, for decoration

  • Heat the milk and cream cheese in a pot over low heat. Mix until incorporated, add the Flan D’Gari® vanilla flavor, and once it comes to a boil, cook for 3 minutes, stirring continuously. Remove from heat.
  • Pour the mixture into small circular molds that have been greased beforehand. Fill ¾ of the molds and let cool for 1 hour or until completely set.
  • For the strawberries: beat the cream cheese, whipping cream, condensed milk, and D’Gari® vanilla essence for 3 minutes or until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  • Use a spoon or a pastry bag to add a little whipped cream to a cup. Top with strawberries, more whipped cream, and place a flan on top of each cup of strawberries.
  • Decorate the cheese flan with Caramelo D’Gari®.
